In an effort to document and collate existing M&E plans and reports that contain strategic information on the HIV/AIDS epidemic, CHRC contacted NAPs and Regional and international organizations working in HIV/AIDS to request listings of the documents at their disposal. CHRC has also updated this repository utilizing documents collected through its in-country work. The M&E Repository contains a log of the following:

• M&E plans including indicator frameworks;
• Data collected at country level in accordance with the M&E frameworks;
• Assessment and evaluation reports from NAPs on their performance, results and achievements; and,
• Reports on surveys and special studies conducted in PEPFAR countries.

12 Component system assessments have been conducted by a CHRC-led multi-disciplinary; multi-agency team in 4 OECS countries. Conducted in 2010 utilizing the World Bank / USG development capacity assessment tool, these assessments provide a clear picture of country capacity for each of the 12 key components of a functional M&E system.
